        Bolong Group of U.S.A. signed “Baoshan District Biological Diesel Oil Project at Baoshan District Industrial Park of Shanghai City on 13 Sep., 2006 and during the meeting period, the head of Baoshan District Government met Zhang Junguang, chairman of Bolong Group of USA in a friendly way.
　　Bolong Group will invest USD150 million in two stages. The first-stage investment is USD 60 million, focusing on researching, developing and producing 200,000 tons of biological diesel oil , lube and energy equipment, etc.. The first-stage project is expected to be completed within 2 years after the group obtains the certificate of land sales right.
